Origin.

SHI-JI-RI /ʃiˈdʒiɾi/

The name "Shijiri" is deeply meaningful to us, even though it doesn't have a traditional Japanese definition; we created it by combining the names of our three children: Hashi, Heiji, and Heyri.

Our one goal at Shijiri Sushi Bar is to provide food that we would confidently serve to our children—food that's not only safe and wholesome, but also crafted with the utmost care and highest quality ingredients. We believe every dish should be a testament to our dedication, reflecting the same love and attention we give our family.

Every Detail Matters. Even the tiniest things.

We directly import all our bowls, trays, and spoons from Japan to ensure the highest quality. This practice also helps us honor and preserve Japanese culture in every aspect of your dining experience.*
