Food Safety & Refunds

At Shijiri Sushi Bar, we pride ourselves on serving fresh, high-quality ingredients. Please be aware that consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. By choosing to dine with us, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk. Due to the nature of our fresh preparations, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, the on-site manager may say otherwise.

Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

We are dedicated to providing a comfortable and respectful environment for all our patrons and staff. To ensure this, we reserve the right to refuse service and/or ask you to leave the premises immediately if you: -Are disruptive, disorderly, or engage in any behavior that disturbs other guests. -Cause a significant mess or damage restaurant property. -Are verbally abusive, discriminatory, or engage in any form of harassment towards staff or other customers. -Are visibly intoxicated to a degree that impairs your judgment or behavior. -Violate any of our established policies or rules. Any decision regarding refunds in such situations will be made at the sole discretion of Shijiri Sushi Bar management.

Property Damage

Guests will be held responsible for any intentional damage to restaurant property. Shijiri Sushi Bar reserves the right to charge you for the cost of repairs or replacement of any damaged items.

Discount & Offers

Restricted Areas

For the safety, privacy, and operational efficiency of Shijiri Sushi Bar, certain areas are strictly off-limits to guests. Unauthorized entry into the kitchen, storage areas, staff-only offices, or any other clearly marked restricted areas is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized entry may result in immediate ejectment from the premises and may be subject to legal action. Additionally Restrooms at Shijiri Sushi Bar are primarily for the convenience of our paying customers. Use of restrooms by non-patrons is strictly prohibited unless express permission is granted by Shijiri Sushi Bar management. We reserve the right to deny restroom access to individuals not actively patronizing our establishment

Discount & Offers

Shijiri Sushi Bar values our customers and occasionally offers promotional discounts and offers. The terms and conditions for each discount or coupon are expressly stated on the specific offer and are subject to the following general policies: a. Validity and Authenticity: All discounts and coupons must be valid, authentic, and presented in their original, un-altered form. This includes, but is not limited to, printed coupons, digital codes, or promotional offers. Shijiri Sushi Bar reserves the right to inspect any coupon or discount presented for authenticity and validity. This may include, but is not limited to, checking for signs of duplication, alteration, or unauthorized reproduction. Any coupon, voucher, or promotional offer that appears to be duplicated, reproduced, altered, counterfeit, or obtained through fraudulent means will be disregarded and rendered invalid. The use of unauthorized reproductions, copies, or facsimiles of coupons is strictly prohibited and may result in the refusal of the discount and, in cases of suspected fraud, further action. b. Terms and Conditions: Each discount or coupon is subject to its specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to: Expiration Date: Discounts and coupons are valid only until the stated expiration date. No exceptions will be made for expired offers. Applicable Items/Services: Discounts and coupons apply only to the specific items, services, or categories explicitly mentioned in the offer. Minimum Purchase Requirements: If a minimum purchase is required to activate the discount, it must be met before the discount can be applied. One Per Customer/Transaction: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discounts and coupons are limited to one per customer per transaction. Combinability: Discounts and coupons cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated. Redemption Limits: Shijiri Sushi Bar reserves the right to limit the number of discounts or coupons that can be redeemed by a single customer or group over a specified period. Cash Value: Discounts and coupons have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. c. Discretion to Accept or Reject: Shijiri Sushi Bar reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any discount or coupon for any reason, including but not limited to, suspected fraud, non-compliance with the stated terms and conditions, or if the offer appears to be a duplicate or unauthorized reproduction. The decision of Shijiri Sushi Bar management regarding the validity and acceptance of any discount or coupon is final.

Rules for a Happy Dining Experience & Dress Code

To help us create a wonderful experience for everyone at Shijiri Sushi Bar, we kindly ask you to observe the following: Be Patient: Our sushi is made fresh to order, and quality takes time. We appreciate your patience during busy periods. Communicate Clearly: If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform your server before placing your order. Respect Our Space: Please keep your personal belongings contained and avoid blocking aisles or tables. Mind Your Volume: Help us maintain a pleasant ambiance by keeping conversations at a moderate volume. Be Considerate of Others: Share the space and be mindful of those around you, especially when moving about the restaurant. ----- Dress Code and Conduct Expectations To maintain a respectful and welcoming environment for all, guests are required to adhere to the following: Appropriate Attire: All guests must be clothed. Nudity or attire that is excessively revealing, offensive, or disruptive is strictly prohibited. Footwear is required at all times. General Decorum: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner appropriate for a dining establishment. This includes maintaining reasonable noise levels, respecting the personal space of others, and refraining from behavior that could be interpreted as disruptive or unsafe.

We appreciate your understanding and support of our commitment to a no-tipping model, which allows us to maintain consistent pricing and focus entirely on your dining experience.
